We are a non-profit organization currently seeking a senior Java programmer / systems analyst who will be involved in all stages of database application development including design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of object-oriented design and programming including Java; proven experience in distributed n-tier application design and development as well as Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, using J2EE/EJB, WebObjects or similar technology; extensive knowledge of database systems (such as DB2, Oracle, or Sybase), relational database design and SQL; knowledge of AS400 and RPG a plus; experience using Linux/Unix desired.
